Case Study: Dumb Ways to Die

PopReach took over development of the game on iOS and Android in the summer of 2016, when we re-built the game from scratch in Unity. Updated versions of the game went live in October of that year with a handful of new mini-games and improved monetization strategy. Since then the game has continued to flourish and expand, and now contains almost 60 mini games and many millions of new players. It has been featured six times since the re-launch and revenue increased more than 5X after we re-launched the game (and it’s been that way ever since).
